LaCresha is dedicated to transforming the lives of adolescents through innovative character-building and life-enrichment services aimed at addressing the mind. With a deep-rooted passion for making a difference in the lives of youth and young adults, LaCresha has made it her life's mission to share the good news that there is hope ahead. She has developed a comprehensive approach that provides young people with the tools and perspectives needed to navigate their unique journeys and shape a brighter future.

With a background in youth and young adult mentoring and development, coupled with her real-world lived experiences, LaCresha has a genuine heart and commitment to positive youth development and sustainable change.

Kalia earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies from Biola University and a Master in Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC).

For the past 27 years, Kalia has worked in the criminal justice field, providing assessment, treatment services and supervision to at-promise youth and both juvenile and adult individuals involved in the criminal justice system. She is dedicated to the development and implementation of empirically validated correctional services and evidenced-based criminal justice policy.

She is outcome driven and she strives to make our communities safer while making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.

Tiera is a certified Systematic Therapeutic Assessment Resources and Treatment (START) Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Intercultural Communication, A Master's in Counseling Psychology and is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and Marriage Family Therapist.

She is also the Founder and Chief Operator of "When The Mind Clicks LLC"  and a life coaching consultant, aiding individuals in managing their personal and  professional lives.  

Tiera helps to guide individuals in self-care that is realistic for an individuals circumstances and environment. Her services ensure that the mind has the capacity to thrive, bringing overall enhancement to your quality of life. 

 Jenee has over 30 years of experience in accounting and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

For the past decade, Jenee has been an integral part of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, where her unwavering commitment to accuracy supports financial accountability and fiscal responsibility within law enforcement. Previously she spent 18 years with Associated Engineers.

 For more than 20 years, she’s been a dedicated leader in the children's department at her place of worship, helping to nurture the next generation. 

Her dedication to shaping future generations extends to her proud membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she serves in leadership for a program designed to cultivate the next wave of bold young women leaders.

 Andre earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Integrated Studies and a Master in Sports Management from Utah State University.

Currently, Andre serves as an educator in the Transition School to Work (TSW) program at Mountain Ridge High School where he also serves as a Football coach. 

Andre is a transformative educator and mentor in adolescent development, bringing a wealth of experience to his work. His dynamic background spans education, coaching, and mentorship, specializing in helping young people navigate life's journey and challenges while achieving their full potential.

Tanisha is A marketing & sales professional skilled in territory management, business development, entrepreneurship, and strategic communication. She excels at navigating complex sales landscapes to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. With a background in finance, Tanisha also exercises her skills in the mortgage and lending industry. Additionally, she is the Co-Founder of her  company Empowered Dissolutions, where she offers her empowering and amicable resolutions services as a Certified Divorce and Life Coach.
